Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Project Coordinator located in Chennai. The Industrial Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supervising industrial projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and scope. The role also involves maintaining communication with clients, identifying project requirements, and troubleshooting to resolve project-related challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee industrial projects effectively
- Experience in coordination, communication, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial automation solutions such as sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and electrical materials
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software for tracking progress
- Ability to adapt to on-site operational demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; relevant certifications or training in project management are an advantage
- Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing projects is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, particularly for client interactions
- Commitment to ensuring quality and meeting deadlines with high standards
