Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Industrial Engineering Supervisor for our Gurugram-based operations. This role is designed for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between automation engineering and manpower management. You will oversee production planning, optimize operations for cost-efficiency, and manage the technical execution of automation projects on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Programming: Programming and troubleshooting PLC/SCADA systems, specifically focusing on Mitsubishi platforms.
- Manpower Management: Leading and supervising technical teams on-site to ensure smooth project execution and high productivity.
- Operations & Planning: Managing production planning, analyzing workflows, and implementing cost-reduction strategies to meet operational goals.
- Blueprint Reading: Reading and interpreting electrical and control drawings for accurate on-site implementation.
- Public Relations: Utilizing strong PR skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Documentation: Managing daily reports, resource tracking, and project schedules using MS Office (Excel/Word).
Qualifications & Skills Education:
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong proficiency in Mitsubishi PLC/SCADA programming.
- Deep understanding of industrial automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical/control drawings.
- Leadership & Management:
- Proven experience in managing technical manpower.
- Excellent Public Relation (PR) and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving and optimization.
- General Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work on-site and a strong desire to learn project execution.
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or automation environment is preferable.
