Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Industrial Engineering Manager to join our on-site team in Chennai. The role involves overseeing industrial engineering activities, optimizing manufacturing processes, and implementing efficient supply chain management strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements, managing engineering teams, and ensuring smooth production operations. The Industrial Engineering Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Process Improvement techniques
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and its application in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in Engineering Management and Manufacturing operations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the textiles or footwear industry is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams in a dynamic environment
