Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Industrial Engineer located in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing manufacturing processes, setting up and maintaining CNC machinery, and optimizing production methods to ensure efficiency. The responsibility includes analyzing production workflows, providing technical training where necessary, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with team members to resolve technical challenges. The role focuses on delivering excellence in precision engineering solutions for various industrial applications.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills required for evaluating workflows, improving efficiency, and resolving technical challenges
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and cross-functional departments
  • Experience in Training team members on CNC machine operations and best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot CNC machinery and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in CNC operations or precision engineering is highly advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong commitment to quality and a detail-oriented mindset
