Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineering role based in Noida. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and productivity. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating production workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
• Proven expertise in Project Management with the ability to oversee and drive initiatives successfully
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating and improving processes
• Excellent Communication Skills for collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Relevant experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
