Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to optimize labor productivity
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support layout planning and line balancing activities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like cycle time, efficiency, and utilization
- Identify and reduce waste (Muda) in production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Supply Chain)
- Assist in cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Six Sigma tools (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
