Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Industrial Engineer will analyze processes and workflows, recommend improvements, and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency. The role includes evaluating production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization of equipment, and driving process improvements to meet productivity goals and reduce costs. Effective communication with cross-functional teams and continuous analysis of manufacturing operations to implement best practices will be essential aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering principles
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable solutions
- Expertise in Process Improvement methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control techniques is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the textiles or garment manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
