Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Engineer located in Erode. The Industrial Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes, develop and implement process improvement strategies, and ensure efficient use of resources within the factory. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflow, designing efficient production systems, collaborating with teams to enhance productivity, and addressing technical challenges in apparel manufacturing. The role is critical for maintaining and elevating operational standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and optimizing production processes
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating across teams and departments
- Experience with Process Improvement and resource optimization techniques
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is an advantage
