Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role based in Tirupati. The Industrial Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes, analyze workflows for efficiency enhancements, improve productivity, and oversee process improvements. Responsibilities include designing systems for efficient use of materials, resources, and labor, conducting time and motion studies, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, workflow analysis, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and production planning software
- Experience with cost analysis, resources allocation, and managing inventory systems
- Ability to develop and implement safety and quality assurance standards
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment
