About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer who is obsessed with efficiency, productivity, systems improvement, and operational optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time-motion studies
- Improve manufacturing workflow and productivity
- Analyze plant layout and optimize space utilization
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives
- Develop SOPs and process documentation
- Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Conduct productivity and utilization analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
- 3–8 years of industrial engineering experience
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure preferred
