Position: Industrial Engineer

Role Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate manufacturing processes and operational workflows
- Analyze efficiency, throughput, and production performance metrics
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in process design
- Assess workflow redesigns for feasibility and effectiveness
- Support development of structured process optimization scenarios
- Apply lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Create clear reports and summaries based on process evaluations
- Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and consistency in outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of process optimization and manufacturing systems
- Experience with lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles
- Proficiency in process mapping, cycle-time analysis, and capacity planning
- Ability to analyze workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
