- Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose and rectify electrical breakdowns quickly
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring failures

- Temperature controllers

- Circuit breakers
Motors & Power Systems
Experience working with:
- Three-phase motors
- Single-phase motors
- Geared motors
- Brake motors
- Motor starters
- Star-Delta starters
- Soft starters
- Motor protection systems
Pneumatic Systems
Troubleshoot and maintain:
- Solenoid valves
- Pneumatic cylinders
- Air actuators
- Directional control valves
- FRL units
- Compressors
- Air preparation systems
Legacy Equipment
A significant portion of our machinery includes older equipment.
The candidate should be comfortable working with:
- Relay logic
- Contactors
- Hard-wired control circuits
- Older PLC platforms
- Obsolete electrical components
- Reverse engineering circuits where documentation is unavailable
Machine Improvements
- Upgrade old machinery
- Recommend automation improvements
- Improve safety interlocks
- Reduce downtime

Documentation
- Update electrical drawings
