Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption and implementation of digital twin solutions across industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with Client Partners and Business Relationship Managers to drive deal closures and accelerate conversions.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions to CXO-level stakeholders.
- Map Industrial IoT solutions to customer needs, ensuring high-impact and tailored outcomes.
- Work with solution teams to create outcome-driven roadmaps and ROI-focused proposals.
- Support clients in budget planning and business case development for solution adoption.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital twin and industrial IoT solutions.
- Collaborate with data science and technology teams to design, build, and enhance solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in industrial automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
Experience Required:
- 13 - 18 years of experience in Industrial Automation and Digital Transformation.
- Strong expertise in Digital Twin technologies and process optimization.
- Experience in Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions and implementations.
- Proven ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
- Experience in solutioning, pre-sales, and deal conversion.
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and ROI-based solution design.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including data science and engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
