Job Role:
We’re expanding our backpack team and looking for a designer excited to build products from scratch. You’ll turn ideas into market-ready backpacks, from concept to final execution, while bringing fresh, trend-driven thinking to the brand.
This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role where you’ll be expected to handle multiple design concepts simultaneously and take them through development, not just create, but also execute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create design concepts based on briefs, including sketches, mockups, and rendered visuals
- Research materials and finalize fabrics, trims, and components
- Prepare spec sheets and technical drawings for development
- Work closely with sourcing teams and vendors to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Manage multiple tasks and communicate progress in a fast-paced setup
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accessory Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product or backpack design
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic 3D tools
- Understanding of materials, construction, and product development basics
- Strong eye for design, detail, and current trends
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines
