Role Description
As a Soft Goods Designer / Industrial Product Designer Intern, you will contribute to the design and development of functional carry products such as backpacks, sling bags, and everyday carry gear.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conceptualizing product ideas, exploring pocket layouts and storage systems, assisting with prototyping, and conducting research on materials, construction techniques, and user experience.
You will also support the product development process by helping refine designs for manufacturing, testing usability, and exploring innovative solutions for carry systems and organization.
This role is ideal for someone interested in product design, soft goods construction, and functional gear design.
This is a remote internship opportunity.

• Assist in designing backpacks, sling bags, and EDC accessories
• Develop concept sketches, layouts, and product ideas

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong interest in soft goods and carry product design
• Basic proficiency in sketching, CAD, or design software
• Understanding of design thinking and product development processes
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
• Previous experience designing bags, backpacks, or soft goods products
• Interest in outdoor gear, travel gear, or everyday carry products
