Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Industrial Designer to join our in-house design team. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Design and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new stationery and student products to life — from initial concept and design development to prototyping and mass production. This role requires strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks and KeyShot, along with a practical understanding of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop innovative stationery and student products aligned with brand vision and market trends
• Create detailed 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Produce high-quality renders and visualizations using KeyShot for internal reviews and marketing
• Collaborate with engineers and mould makers to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and manufacturable
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for prototyping, sampling, and production support
• Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining design intent and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in product / industrial design
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and KeyShot (mandatory)
• Good understanding of materials, tooling, and plastic part design for mass production
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of form, color, and functionality
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite for concept presentation
