We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Industrial Chemist to support product development, formulation, testing, and scale-up for our growing product portfolio.
If you have strong hands-on lab experience, enjoy solving real product challenges, and want to build products from concept to market, we’d love to connect.
What you’ll be doing:
• Develop and improve formulations across household / consumer product categories
• Prepare test solutions, samples, and reagents for lab trials
• Conduct chemical and physical testing for product performance, stability, and quality
• Support product development from lab stage to pilot and production scale
• Maintain lab equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure testing accuracy
• Work closely with sourcing and operations teams on raw materials and quality improvements
• Coordinate with vendors / suppliers for new material development and trials
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and technical records
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in formulation / product development / industrial chemistry
• Hands-on experience with lab testing, analysis, and product validation
• Strong understanding of surfactants, cleaners, detergents, or related formulations is a plus
• Degree in Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Good to have:
• Experience in home & kitchen / household products
• Exposure to scale-up from lab to production
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers
