Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Automation Trainer based in Chennai. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs on automation systems, troubleshooting system issues, conducting practical workshops, and mentoring trainees. The role will also involve staying updated on the latest developments in industrial automation technologies and continuously improving teaching methods to provide efficient and effective training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Industrial Automation, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human Machine Interface), SCADA, and process control systems
- Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation concepts, motor drives, and industrial sensors
- Effective communication and presentation skills for conducting workshops and teaching trainees
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills
- Experience in providing training or skill development in industrial automation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
