Role Description The Industrial Automation Trainer at Cognidel will design and deliver instructor-led training sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Servo, and associated control systems. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, lab exercises, and assessments, and updating content to reflect evolving technologies and industry practices. The trainer will provide hands-on demonstrations, guide learners through practical projects, and offer individualized support to help participants understand and apply automation concepts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLC , SCADA ,HMI ,VFD , Sensors & Actuators.
- 1+ years of experience.
- Ability to design and deliver structured technical training, create clear instructional materials, and conduct practical lab sessions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial control systems, interpreting electrical and control diagrams, and applying safety standards.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in an accessible manner.
- Good communication skills and ability to trian students efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
