Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Industrial Automation Sales Engineer. The role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle, including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting automation solutions, and supporting clients throughout the sales and implementation process. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on market trends in industrial automation will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation and related technologies.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical or engineering degree in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in industrial or automation sales is an advantage.
