Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Industrial Automation Engineer. The Industrial Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation systems to optimize manufacturing processes. Key tasks will include troubleshooting issues, ensuring process control, maintaining electrical systems, integrating robotics, and collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency and productivity in manufacturing setups.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostic support for automation systems and machinery
- Knowledge of Process Control and optimization techniques to enhance production efficiency
- Experience in Electrical Engineering principles, including wiring, circuits, and system design
- Understanding of Automation systems for industrial applications and Robotics for manufacturing processes. Hands-on on with PLC, CNC controllers of different make is must. Should be able to do PLC and CNC programming to automate processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical /Electronics Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or related fields
- Familiarity with programming and simulation tools used in automation is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment on-site
