Core Responsibilities:
On-site commissioning and maintenance: Responsible for on-site commissioning, parameter configuration and function optimization of frequency converters (VFDs), programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs) and servo drives (Servo).
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting: Quickly respond to equipment faults at the customer's site, carry out electrical and logic control diagnosis, and complete maintenance and restoration work.
Technical Training and Support: Provide on-site operation training to customers, answer technical questions, and guide customers to use and maintain equipment correctly.
Project Coordination: Collect customer needs and on-site issues, and provide timely feedback to the internal team on product improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements:
Experience requirements: Must have experience in actual debugging or fault handling in at least three types of products in frequency converters (VFD), PLC, HMI, and servo (Servo).
Technical ability: Familiar with automation products of mainstream brands (such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Inovance, Delta, etc.), able to understand electrical schematics, and have independent logic analysis capabilities.
Hands-on ability: Strong on-site hands-on ability to adapt to frequent business trips.
Communication skills: Have a good sense of customer communication and be able to patiently deal with on-site emergencies.
