Role Description
This is a full-time Industrial Accountant role, based on-site at our Ludhiana East location. The Industrial Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities also include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with other departments for financial planning and strategy. The role demands a proactive approach to managing accounts, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to overall financial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Accounting and Financial Management: Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, problem-solving, and working with accounting software.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, auditing, and ensuring precision in records and reports.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA certification is an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing accounting environment is advantageous.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
