Job Description – Relationship Manager CIB, Mumbai Office

POSITION SUMMARY -
Job Title Relationship Manager: Corporates & Institutional Banking Group (LC)
Reports To: Senior Relationship Manager
Grade: Middle Management
Location: Mumbai Office
 
JOB PURPOSE –
The incumbent has to work along with the Senior Relationship Manager or Zonal Head and at the same time
giving exposure to interact with the clients.
 
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS -
• Should be able to take ownership of existing and new to bank business
• Proficient in business development & relationship management with ability to
engage & influence decision makers
• Will be responsible for portfolio quality and hygine basis CIB’s stated targets
• Expertise in handling Large corporate relationships
 

PREFERRED SKILL SET -
Educational Qualification Essential requirement: MBA (with specialization in Finance) / Chartered Accountant

Technical Knowledge

• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and
Outlook)
• Should be well versed with financial statements analysis, credit
underwriting, documentation etc
• Should be high calibre on domain skills and efficient communicator
with stakeholders-within Bank and clients.
• Should be a team player and ability to understand all Banking
products to make the right client pitch.
 

Work Experience (in yrs)

• Essential requirement: 8-10 year’s relevant coverage exp in Large
Corporate segment.
