Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Induction and Orientation Executive based in Gurugram. The individual will manage and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a seamless introduction to the company's operations, culture, and policies. Responsibilities include preparing orientation schedules, conducting training, collaborating with different departments, and providing necessary resources to employees. Additionally, the role will involve evaluating the effectiveness of the induction process and suggesting improvements for continuous enhancement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in onboarding processes, induction programs, and training methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to evaluate training needs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
