What we’re looking for:

The Integration Engineer will work in a large corporate environment with a mature and stable integration landscape. The role requires strong technical expertise in enterprise integrations, with Workday acting as a central integration platform for multiple business critical systems.
Deep knowledge of Workday Integrations is essential, as most interfaces with external systems are built and maintained through Workday. Experience with integration middleware technologies, particularly RESTful APIs and API Gateways, is also required.
The professional will actively participate in remote meetings with business and IT stakeholders, working closely with local IT teams in the United States and Brazil, as well as with the corporate IT team based in Bangkok.
This position involves a balanced allocation between Application Management Services (AMS) and new integration projects, requiring both operational stability and project execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Application Management Services (AMS)

Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for integrations involving:

• Workday
  • Integrations
  • Security configuration
  • Reports
• SAP S/4HANA
• Active Directory
• ADP (USA and India – Payroll)
• Beeline
• CATS
• E‑Verify
• Cornerstone
• Other third‑party systems as applicable

Projects

• Design and implement new Workday integrations
  • DISA and other third‑party systems
• Perform data migration between Workday tenants
• Develop and support integrations using middleware platforms
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Integrate with external systems via HTTPS REST APIs

• Working hours: CST (aligned with The Woodlands, Texas time zone)
