Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven B2B sales professional who can both generate leads through LinkedIn and close Tier 1–2 deals using a structured, consultative sales approach. This is a full-cycle role combining prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for deals valued at AED 12K–24K annually
Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and digital engagement
Conduct discovery calls using BANT qualification framework
Deliver product demos and tailored solutions to prospects
Present proposals and close deals within defined timelines
Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline (in addition to inbound/SDR leads)
Track all activities and forecasts in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
Handle objections using structured frameworks (LAER, etc.)
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Collaborate with SDRs for smooth lead handoff and follow-ups
Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and ongoing sales training
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B sales experience with proven target achievement
Strong experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation and outreach
Ability to independently build and manage a pipeline
Excellent discovery, qualification, and closing skills
Experience in professional services / accounting industry is a plus
Familiarity with CRM and proposal tools (e.g., PandaDoc)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Highly goal-oriented, disciplined, and coachable
Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month
Attractive performance-based commission (uncapped)
