Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Indoor Sales Representative, with flexibility to work from home. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, understanding their relocation needs, and providing personalized solutions through Pikkol’s service platform. You will also be responsible for building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and driving successful conversion of leads into sales. Additionally, you will coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution and uphold customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive lead conversions and achieve targets.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment, with effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using software to manage sales and customer interactions effectively (training will be provided).
- Experience in the relocation or logistics industry is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
