We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional air quality experiences to our clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking a technically sound and highly communicative IAQ Associate to act as the bridge between our advanced purification technology and our clients. In this role, you will leverage your scientific background to analyze environmental data, translate complex air quality metrics into actionable insights, and build lasting relationships with our clients through exceptional technical support and on-site engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise & Customer Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer queries. Explain complex concepts regarding air pollution, indoor air dynamics, and our purification technologies in a clear, accessible manner.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze IAQ data from client sites. Generate comprehensive reports, identify trends, and provide data-backed recommendations to optimize air quality performance.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Lead day-to-day communications with clients. Ensure their environments are meeting optimal air quality standards and that they understand the value of our technology.
- Field Operations & Site Visits: Conduct regular field visits to client sites to assess air quality challenges, oversee technology implementation, troubleshoot physical systems, and foster strong, face-to-face client relationships.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest research on atmospheric science, air pollution trends, and emerging purification technologies to keep YOGa Clean Air at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Atmospheric Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of air pollution chemistry, particulate matter, VOCs, and modern air purification/filtration technologies.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze datasets (using Excel, Python, or data visualization tools) and draw logical, actionable conclusions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel locally to client sites.
