Founders office : Strategic and Growth Initiatives

INDmoney is looking for an entrepreneurial individual to work in the Founders’ office for strategic & growth initiatives. The individual(s) will directly work with the Founder and the Chief of Staff to build out strategies for growth and executing new initiatives.

It is the perfect role for someone who enjoys “multi-tasking”, “program management”, “problem-solving” and setting up “scaled processes” and has clear aspirations to be a leader/ business head or pursue entrepreneurial interests.

The ideal individuals should be highly data-oriented with a massive bias for action. They should be self-motivated, with the ability to execute efficiently on multiple simultaneous threads, and at the same time be comfortable with ambiguity.

Requirements:-

• 3+ years experience in FinTech / Invest Tech/ Trading in roles such as Product Management/ P&L roles/ Growth roles.
• Strong with problem solving.
• Should be adept at handling external stakeholders.
• Comp Science Engineering Degree/ MBA/ Bachelors from top-tier institutes. Distinguished performance at a top university.
• Strong familiarity with FinTech/ Financial Services.
• Strong Project management skills: Ability to track multiple projects or priorities at once.
• Extremely strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Should be able to juggle many projects at once.
• Ability to indirectly influence people.
