About the role

Company Description:

Individual Home Care Provider, Inc. located in Centereach, NY, is a New York State Licensed Home Care Agency. We service patients in Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens. We employ home health aides with either a PCA or HHA certificate. There are live-in or live-out cases available for variable days, anything from 2 to 7 days!

Job Description:

Live- in cases available across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Varied amount of days and days of the week available. Please apply to work with patients in their homes.

Qualifications:

Must have HHA or PCA certificate

Please have current PPD/Chest x-ray (within the past year)
