Role Description
This is a hybrid full-time position for an Individual Fundraising Expert. The role involves identifying and cultivating potential individual donors to support the foundation's initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, maintaining donor databases, and preparing communication materials. Additionally, the role includes managing relationships with donors, reporting on fundraising performance, and organizing donor engagement events.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and implementing individual fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors
- Understanding of donor behavior and an ability to identify potential funding opportunities
- Experience in developing compelling pitches, proposals, and reports
- Strong organizational and database management skills; experience with fundraising CRM tools is a plus
- Proven ability to meet fundraising targets and deadlines
- High level of integrity, empathy, and commitment to societal change
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in fundraising for non-profits is highly desirable
