Hiring: Indirect Taxation & Litigation
📍 Location: Chennai
🔍 Job Summary:
We are looking for a CA-qualified professional to lead indirect tax compliance and litigation management across a PAN-India business, with a strong focus on GST.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end GST compliance (GSTR-1, 3B, 2B reconciliation, 9, 9C)
- Review GST returns prepared by consultants and ensure timely filing
- Manage litigation, audits, notices, and departmental proceedings (GST & Customs)
- Act as SPOC for consultants, tax authorities, and internal teams
- Handle customs & import taxation (IGST, valuation, classification)
- Ensure proper Input Tax Credit (ITC) governance
- Support manufacturing GST operations
- Work with ERP/SAP teams for tax configurations
- Prepare MIS reports on compliance and litigation
🎯 Requirements:
- CA Qualified
- 3+ years in Indirect Taxation (GST + Litigation)
- Experience in manufacturing/import industries preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST & Customs
- Good stakeholder management skills
