- RFQ Process at enterprise level
- Commercial Negotiations
- Rate contract execution
- Contract Management and Timely renewal of Contracts
- Establish formula based commodity price adjustments and monitoring
- Automate Source to Contract Process.
- Ensure PR to PO conversion on established Lead Time.
- Commonization of Parts and Suppliers across the plants
- Spend Management
- Productivity improvement
