Officer (T) - Cargo Operations

Responsibilities: 1. Ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations at the station. 2. Monitor and ensure timely loading and offloading of cargo. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless cargo operations. 4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. 5. Provide excellent customer service to cargo customers. 6. Maintain proper documentation and records. 7. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in cargo operations or related field. 2. Good understanding of cargo handling processes and procedures. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Proficient in MS Office applications.
