Talent Sourcing Specialist — Find India's Best Creative Minds
At IndieFolio, we're building the future of creative work — connecting top brands with exceptional talent across design, video, and content. As our Talent Sourcing Specialist, your one job is to find, engage, and pipeline the best creative professionals in the country before anyone else does.
This is a pure sourcing role. You'll master the craft of identifying and attracting talent.
What You'll Do:
Sourcing & Talent Identification
Proactively scout top-tier creative professionals across disciplines — graphic design, motion, UX/UI, copywriting, video production, and more — for both full-time and contract roles.
Build and maintain a living, breathing talent pipeline across platforms: LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and beyond.
Develop creative search strategies to surface passive talent who aren't actively job hunting but are exactly who our brands need.
Maintain a diverse pool of freelancers and full-timers to address the full spectrum of creative hiring needs across industries.
Screening & Assessment
Review portfolios and conduct preliminary screening to assess creative quality, culture fit, and role alignment.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to handoff.
Pipeline & Data Management
Own and update the talent database — tracking sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate status across all open roles.
Report on sourcing metrics and continuously refine your approach based on what's working.
What You'll Bring:
6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within creative, design, or marketing fields.
A sharp eye for creative quality — you know good work when you see it.
Experience sourcing for both full-time and freelance/contract roles.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms used in the creative industry.
Strong written communication skills for compelling outreach that actually gets replies.
Organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple open pipelines simultaneously.
