Youth Programs Manager

The Youth Programs Manager is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing youth and community programming for the Indianapolis Colts. This role will develop relationships with youth-serving organizations, schools and community centers to identify strategic partnerships and program opportunities that align with the Colts' mission and values. The Youth Programs Manager will be responsible for designing, planning and executing all aspects of these programs, including curriculum development, staffing, budgeting, evaluation and reporting. Additionally, this role will represent the Colts at various community events and engagements.

The Indianapolis Colts are a professional American football team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Colts compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league's American Football Conference (AFC) South division.
