Data Engineer, Enrollment Marketing & Communications

This position performs data management tasks, including experienced data modeling, conversion, de-duplication, migration, and identification and repair of data quality issues. Designs, develops, and implements custom data systems and reconciliation tools, processes, rules, solutions etc. to validate data, match/merge, and upload batch lists. Provides experienced troubleshooting and problem analysis/resolution for data related issues; performs experienced scripting and modifications of application and products for corrective action. Serves as communications data lead. Translates plain-language requests into CRM reports and SQL queries. Defines, develops, and maintains Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) ETL processes. Troubleshoots and performs root cause analysis on data implementation errors. Coordinates with operations and systems teams to ensure communications use the appropriate data points for the target population. Analyzes student data and prepares information for use in internal operations reports.
