Circle Health is looking to onboard Registered Nurses (RNs) based in India to support our U.S. healthcare programs in a remote capacity.

Role Overview
This is a remote role involving telephonic patient engagement and care coordination, supporting ongoing care for chronic and elderly patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic patient interactions and follow-ups
- Support care coordination initiatives for chronic care patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Collaborate with internal care teams and healthcare providers
- Ensure adherence to defined clinical and documentation protocols
Eligibility Criteria
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification (India)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in night shift (U.S. hours)
- Immediate availability to join
- Prior experience in telehealth, care coordination, or patient engagement is preferred
