Seeking an HR / Finance professional with experience in payroll operations, CTC structure, benefits, and compliance management. The role involves payroll coordination, employee query handling, benefits administration, and maintaining payroll accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Benefits and NPS processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
- Handle employee payroll and salary-related queries.
- Conduct employee training on benefits and payroll processes.
- Maintain payroll records, compliance, and audit documentation.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements.
Experience
- B.COM or MBA (Finance) 2-5 years in HR/Finance operations or payroll management.
- Corporate payroll or compensation experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of payroll, CTC structure, benefits, and accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
