Job Title: Indian Chef : Commi 1
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Food

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Indian dishes (North Indian / South Indian as per menu)
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Prepare gravies, curries, tandoor items, snacks, and main course dishes
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Manage kitchen inventory and daily raw material requirements
- Control food wastage and maintain food cost
- Coordinate with kitchen team and follow Head Chef instructions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience as Indian Chef in hotel/restaurant
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking techniques
- Ability to handle Indian section independently
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Hardworking, disciplined, and team player
