Urgent requirement for Fine and dine Restaurant Malwani
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and cooking of authentic Indian dishes (Seafood or Curry section as assigned)
- Ensure all food is prepared as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage mise en place and stock for the assigned section
- Maintain quality, taste, and portion consistency
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
- Assist in controlling food costs, wastage, and inventory
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Support senior chefs during busy service hours
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
