Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Indiamart Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing the company’s online presence on Indiamart to generate leads, communicating with potential clients to understand their needs, effectively promoting solar products and services, and maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries. The Indiamart Executive will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and address customer queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Familiarity with online platforms like Indiamart or similar marketplaces
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency in basic computer tools, including MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is a plus
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable
