Role Description The Indiamart Executive will manage and optimize the company’s presence on Indiamart, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and descriptions. Responsibilities include handling buyer inquiries, responding to leads promptly, sharing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams for stock, dispatch, and follow-up. The role also involves monitoring platform performance, maintaining customer records, and supporting basic online marketing activities related to Indiamart. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular collaboration with sales, operations, and customer support teams.
Qualifications
- Experience managing B2B e-commerce or marketplace platforms (preferably Indiamart) and handling online product catalogues.
- Strong communication skills for responding to buyer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Basic sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation support, and customer relationship management.
- Comfort with computer-based work, including MS Office, email, and web-based CRM or lead management tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate listings, records, and timely responses.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad.
- Prior experience in electrical, lighting, or related industry is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
