About the role

At Indiahikes, we believe everyone must trek and experience the goodness of the outdoors. But every day, we see that trekkers are hesitant to step out. They have a keen desire to trek but have multiple concerns before making a final decision. As a result, many of them end up dropping their plans. This is where you come in. As our trek advisor, you'll be crucial in bridging the gap between trekkers' interests and the lack of guidance. You'll be the trusted advisor, the problem solver, and the passionate guide who transforms hesitant enquiries into confident trekkers. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive information and guidance on treks, itineraries, and logistics. Address concerns and tailor trekking recommendations to individual trekker needs and preferences. Follow up with trekkers in case they need help with registration Manage registrations and ensure smooth pre-departure processes. Build strong relationships What you need to come with: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with trekkers. Prior experience in sales or related field Prior trek experience is preferred (let us know about some of the treks that you have done) Proficient in CRM systems and relevant technology tools.
