Role Description
Proservartner is seeking a full-time, remote-based India Service Delivery Lead for BPO Operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing service delivery processes within BPO operations, ensuring client satisfaction, performance alignment, and operational excellence. Daily tasks include supervising teams, tracking KPIs, managing stakeholder communications, and driving process improvement initiatives across multiple client accounts. The candidate will also contribute to optimizing workflows, streamlining service delivery processes, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide large teams.
- Proficiency in business process management, client services, and BPO operations management is required.
- Experience with performance monitoring, data analysis, and KPI management.
- Knowledge in intelligent automation technologies and their practical implementation.
- Familiarity with global business services (GBS) or shared services models.
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements and cost-efficient strategies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment and to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant experience in consulting or BPO operations, and an understanding of global delivery models, is a plus.
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
