EnerG Linkage LLC (Corp), USA. It was established in 2026 and deals in Contract Manufacturing, Global Sourcing, Project Management, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Quality Management Systems, Engineering Services, Global Supply Chain, Warehouse and distribution services (VMI), and Logistics. We already have an order book of $3 million. We have a projection for 2027 close to $5 million. It’s a subsidiary of EnerG Linkage Pvt Ltd., India.
EnerG Linkage Pvt Ltd, INDIA. Established in 2023, EnerG Linkage Pvt Ltd. provides Contract Manufacturing, Global Sourcing, Project Management, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, EV Chargers, BESS, Quality Management Systems, Engineering Services, Global Supply Chain, Warehouse and Distribution Services (VMI), and Logistics. We currently have an order book of US$5 million, have executed nearly US$2.5 million in FY2025–26 to date, and project revenue of US$5 million in FY2026–27.
The manufacturing of the Combiner Box for Solar and Wind (UL/CE Certified). EV Chargers (1KW to 22KW AC & 22KW DC to 6400KW DC) rating, which includes Fast Chargers, as a product offering, LiFePo4 Batteries, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), EPC (for Commercial & Industrial Solar Rooftop/ground-mounted) and other assemblies.
With our immense experience, we’ve supplied foundation piles, ERW Tubes, Fabricated parts, and Engineering goods from India to customers based in the USA and executed multiple complex products like Chassis, Heavy Fabrication, Casting, Forging, combiner boxes, LT/HT Panels, Skids, and many more complex products to customers (Solar/Wind/OEMs).
We deal with all process capabilities like AL Extrusion, casting, forging, fabrication, machined parts, assemblies, hardware and fasteners, electrical parts, structural parts, non-critical parts, etc. We take care of the end-to-end supply chain, starting from Enquiry to Order and Order to Receipt.
We also have warehouses in North America (Atlanta, Houston, Ohio & Florida) and Europe (Germany) to support our Global Customers. We have been supplying the most competitive quality products with the desired delivery schedule to customers across the globe.
EnerG Linkage Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd: It was established in May 2025 in Pune and is into the manufacturing of fabricated parts & Tooling. We have a current business of machining three different Wind Turbine Stator Frames for one of our US customers. Stator Frame weights range from 50 kgs to 1000 kgs each. The Current Order book on this new company is close to $ 1M in FY25-26 and $2M in FY26-27.
Our Priorities are SQDC – Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
These products and services are delivered from the EnerG Linkage network of supply sources primarily located in low-cost countries to North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia customers.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
EnerG Linkage is seeking an India Quality Leader (IQL) for its India Operations. The key responsibilities of this person are to identify, screen, qualify, and continuously coach and improve regional suppliers to meet EnerG Linkage's stringent quality standards for engineered industrial products and assemblies. The IQL will work with these suppliers and with our U.S. and European customers taking ownership of all elements of product introduction from RFQ through FAI and obtaining sample part approvals to successfully bring parts into production, ensuring all introduction timelines are achieved. Working with suppliers. IQL will then be responsible for the ongoing delivery of documented, qualified products to meet the customer's schedule requirements. To achieve these goals, the IQL will need to be able to manage the supplier’s production schedule and quality control to meet our customers’ requirements, and as needed, communicate directly with the India-based EnerG Linkage team as well as the EnerG Linkage Customer personnel in North America and Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define and execute India Quality strategy aligned to global standards and business goals.
• Lead QMS deployment, certification, and governance (e.g., ISO 9001; add industry-specific like IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 27001 as relevant).
• Drive prevention-based quality: APQP/PPAP, design for quality, process capability, FMEA, SPC.
• Manage audits: internal, supplier, customer, and third-party; lead CAPA to closure.
• Own product/service quality: incoming, in-process, final release; change control and NPI readiness.
• Lead supplier quality: qualification, development, performance reviews, SCARs.
• Resolve escalations and customer complaints; lead RCCA and field performance improvement.
• Establish and report KPIs/dashboards; enable data-driven decisions and digital quality tools.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance in India (e.g., BIS/ISI, Legal Metrology, EHS interfaces; add CDSCO/FSSAI/PCI as applicable).
• Champion continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, mistake-proofing, and cost of poor quality reduction.
• Build and mentor a high-performing quality team; deliver training and culture of quality.
• Ability to read factory drawings and bill of materials; understand GD&T
• Good Understanding of Casting (PDC, Sand, etc.), forging, and Machining.
• Strong computer skills – MS Office, Excel, MS Word, email, internet browser, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and is highly organized.
• Multilingual – local language fluency plus strong written English and spoken English skills
• University degree
• Basic understanding of manufacturing cost analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 10+ years in Quality with multi-site or country scope; leadership experience required.
• Certifications preferred: Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt, ASQ CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (plus IATF/13485/etc. as applicable).
• Experience with manufacturing, approval, and quality control of industrial goods exported to Western Customers
• Candidate from Automobile, Construction & Mining, Wind & Heavy Industrial Field.
• Supporting supplier approval process – manufacturing, technology, and EHS
• High degree of flexibility and “Can do” attitude. Ability to work with a very limited level of instruction and supervision.
• Exemplary Teamwork & Leadership skills.
• Skills and competencies:
• Expert in QMS, statistical quality tools, problem solving (8D, DMAIC), and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder influence, cross-functional leadership, and supplier management.
• Analytical, metrics-driven; proficiency with quality digital tools and data visualization.
• Excellent communication; ability to operate in a matrix/global environment.
• Key KPIs:
• Customer complaints/PPM, on-time CAPA closure, first-pass yield, defect/escape rate.
• Supplier quality (PPM, on-time SCAR closure, audit scores).
• Cost of Poor Quality (internal/external), audit findings, certification status.
• NPI quality readiness and time-to-stable-yield.
• Training completion and maturity of QMS.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus based on performance
Travel: 20% to 30% Travel - Mostly Domestic and possibly international
