Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Program & Operations Manager located in Kochi, India. The Program & Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate academic programs, manage partnerships, and ensure the seamless execution of educational initiatives. Other responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage operations, teams, and budgets effectively
- Experience in program management, process optimization, and strategic planning
- Knowledge of life sciences education, academic programs, or related domains
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and ability to handle on-site responsibilities
- Prior experience in the education or life sciences industry is a plus
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
