Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an India Program & Operations Manager based in Kochi, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage program logistics, and coordinate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure smooth execution of educational initiatives. Responsibilities include curriculum implementation, event planning, staff management, and liaising with industry experts and partners for program improvement. The role will also require periodic reporting to leadership and ensuring that globally aligned standards are met in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational management skills to streamline programs and oversee daily operations
- Experience in educational program management, project coordination, and team leadership
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge in the life sciences, training, or education sector is highly beneficial
- Adaptability and proficiency in managing hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Management, Education, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Familiarity with international standards and industry-driven educational practices is an advantage
