Oversee 24/7 IT operations to ensure uninterrupted services and achieve 99.9% system uptime.

Implement robust incident, problem, and change management processes for operational

excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and

monitoring SLAs.

Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality delivery of services.

Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and backup plans to safeguard business continuity.

Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements across all IT systems and

Experience
8 - 10 years.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors – IT, Computer science
Functional Skills
Expertise in VMware and Hyper-V virtualization
